Purchase Checklist
Welcome and thank you for doing business with First National Bank Mortgage. This list of needed items will help you complete your loan application in a timely manner. You will need the following:
- Most recent 30 days of pay stubs for each Borrower
- Last 2 years W-2’s or 1099’s for all jobs for each Borrower
- Last 2 years personal income tax returns (including ALL schedules) and any K-1’s listed on Schedule E
- Last 2 years corporate income tax returns (including ALL schedules) if you own 25% or more of the business
- Most recent 2 months bank statements (ALL pages including blank ones) for checking AND savings accounts
- Most recent 2 months investment, brokerage or retirement accounts (ALL pages)
- Copy of executed purchase agreement — Later
- Copy of driver’s license for all Borrowers
- Name, address and phone number of Homeowner’s Insurance Company you prefer to use — Later
If Applicable:
- Copy of divorce decree (ALL pages)
- Copy of Order for Child Support (ALL pages)
- Copy of Bankruptcy Discharge papers
